Placing an Order :

Either on line through the site’s shopping basket
Or, if you are not happy about using the internet or you would like to discuss your order in more detail email us direct on info@mto-cards.co.uk We will email you an order form so that we can make up you order

Confirmation of Order

An Order Confirmation will be sent on receipt of the order by email within 24 hours, so please let us know if you don’t hear anything!

Delivery

We take great pride in our product and set ourselves the highest standards, so most orders will be made to order, please allow for this short delay when placing your order especially at particularly busy times of the year, such as Christmas.
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 10 working days from receipt of order, however at busier times this may extend to 21 days. We will, of course, give an expected despatch date within our Confirmation of Order.

Payment

Can be made by personal cheque, cash or online through PayPal quoting your order number, full payment is required before we can complete the order

Alterations and Returns

If, for any reason you wish to change an order, please contact us immediately to discuss it. Small alterations can usually be handled within the price of the order, however, if a large majority of it has been completed extra costs may be incurred

Postage and Packing for Cards

All orders are well packed to ensure safe delivery and sent by Royal Mail First Class to all destinations within the UK. Europe, United States, Canada and Australia are sent as ‘printed papers’.
