Placing an Order:

• Contact info@mto-cards.co.uk to check that the picture is still available and place it under reserve.

Confirmation of Order

• An Order Confirmation will be sent on receipt of the order by email within 24 hours, so please let us know if you don’t hear anything!

Delivery

• We take great pride in our product and set ourselves the highest standards; our aim is to despatch all orders within 10 working days from receipt of order, however at busier times this may extend to 21 days. We will, of course, give an expected despatch date within our Confirmation of Order.

Payment

• Can be made by personal cheque, cash or online through PayPal quoting your order number, full payment is required before we can despatch the order

Alterations and Returns

• If, for any reason you wish to change an order, please contact us immediately to discuss it. Small alterations can usually be handled within the price of the order, however, if a large majority of it has been completed extra costs may be incurred
• If you should discover a mistake on the order, or it has been damaged in transit then please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation

Postage and Packing for Cards

• All orders are well packed to ensure safe delivery and sent by Royal Mail First Class to all destinations within the UK. Europe, United States, Canada and Australia are sent as ‘printed papers’.
